Renovated HDB kitchen with sintered stone countertop and sage cabinetry

What a kitchen renovation includes

Wet works

Hacking of existing cabinets and tiles, re-tiling of floor and walls, waterproofing where required, and relocation of sink or gas points if your new layout calls for it.

Carpentry

Custom top and bottom cabinets built to your wall, in laminate finishes that survive Singapore cooking — soft-close hardware, tall units, and clever corner solutions included.

Worktops & backsplash

Sintered stone, quartz or compact laminate tops with matching full-height backsplashes — like the gold-veined sintered stone work in our recent projects below.

Electrical & lighting

New power points where you actually need them, under-cabinet task lighting, and hood/hob installation done safely by licensed electricians.

Quick answers

Frequently asked questions

How long does an HDB kitchen renovation take?

A carpentry-only refresh takes two to three weeks. A standard renovation with hacking and re-tiling takes three to four weeks — within our one-month commitment for small renovations. You can usually stay in the flat during works, though you'll be without a kitchen for part of it.

Sintered stone, quartz or laminate — which countertop should I choose?

Sintered stone takes heat and stains best and suits heavy cooking; quartz is slightly cheaper with a similar look but shouldn't take hot pots directly; compact laminate is the budget-friendly option that has improved hugely. We'll show you physical samples at the site visit.

Can I change my kitchen layout?

Often yes — but moving the sink, gas point or service pipes adds plumbing cost and may need additional approvals. In many flats a smarter cabinet design achieves what owners want without relocating services. We'll give you both options priced side by side.
