These terms govern your use of the HDBRenovation.sg website ("the Site") operated by HDBRenovation.sg ("we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these terms. Renovation works themselves are governed by the written quotation and contract signed for each project, which prevail over anything on this Site.
Content on the Site — including indicative prices, timelines and regulatory guidance — is provided for general information only. Prices shown are indicative ranges based on past projects; your actual price is the itemised quotation we issue after a site visit. Regulatory information (such as HDB permit and timing rules) is summarised in good faith but may change; the requirements published by HDB and other authorities prevail.
Quotations are free, valid for the period stated on the quotation, and remain our property until accepted. A project is confirmed only upon signed acceptance of a quotation and payment of the stated deposit.
All content on the Site, including text, photographs of our projects and design visuals, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on Site content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Singapore law. Our liability in respect of renovation works is as set out in the project contract.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
