When you contact us — via the quote form, WhatsApp or email — we collect the information you provide: name, contact number, email, property details and your renovation requirements, plus any photos or floor plans you send.
We use your information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, schedule site visits, perform renovation contracts, and comply with regulatory requirements (such as HDB permit applications, which require owner particulars). We do not sell your personal data, and we do not send marketing without consent.
Your data may be shared with parties strictly necessary to deliver your project — for example HDB (permit applications), suppliers fabricating your carpentry, or banks where you ask us to support a renovation loan application — and otherwise only where required by law.
We retain enquiry and project records for as long as needed for business and legal purposes, then dispose of them securely. Reasonable safeguards protect your data against unauthorised access.
In line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you may request access to or correction of your personal data, or withdraw consent to its use, by emailing sales@hdbsingapore.sg. We will respond within a reasonable time.
The Site may use basic analytics to understand aggregate visitor behaviour. These tools do not identify you personally. You can disable cookies in your browser without losing access to the Site.
